I'd say "Only in Broad Ripple" but there's probably an outfit within a day's drive of you that also thinks this is cute.

Even with Photoshop, it's still free advertising. It got your attention enough to post about it. It's simple enough that most people will get the joke, even if a more technical person like yourself is left quite aghast at the image.
