I use four pillows nightly, three somewhat flatties and one fluffy, the fluffy being set up on top at a near-90 degree angle. Because of that, I have been trying to figure out a good way of actually getting some sleep while sitting up. In my case, leaning back while being (mostly) sitting up doesn't seem to do much better than just lying down (and hacking all night).<br /><br />So far I haven't figured it out. When I'm well there isn't anything pushing me to work on the issue. When I'm sick, I have sat up in bed many a night trying to figure it out.
