Don't believe that I've ever had them, cooked. Unless I'm having a baked potato bar for family, I use smaller potatoes - much smaller, lately - and nuke them as do you. The big bakers for family go into the oven. I'll have to save the note about your timing as a guide if I ever get caught short on time for the big bakers - and if we are ever safe to gather for such an event, again.<br /><br />Sounds great.
