o755 and after a crummy night pestered by migraines and punctuated by a missed telephone call, I have been awake exactly long enough to eat breakfast and change a litterbox. I'd like to post something topical, trenchant and witty. I've even got a few ideas.
What I haven't got is the time.
So, without further ado, some linky:
-Tinfoil hat? That's not a tinfoil hat, this is a tinfoil hat! (Lizard-people for illustrative purposes only, not included.)
-Linda Chavez says what all your pals have been sayin' about the latest Supreme Court pick -- will her fellow pundits pay more attention to a wise Latina? Ooops, wrong party.
See ya!
Migraines are the only time in life when I thought unconsciousness would be better. Backaches, I can live through. I went to work four days after abdominal surgery and didn't think it was all that bad. But migraines are on a different scale. I'm sorry you suffer from them.
ReplyDeleteMrs. Drang has occasionally gotten relief from migraine by drinking a beer. YMMV.
ReplyDeleteDoes nothing for cluster headaches, though.
WV: upshi. Not while she has a migraine, she isn't.
Migraines are bad juju. I hope you're feeling better now.
ReplyDeleteI used to get them all the time, and the only way I ever found to head them off was to take at least 1200mg of Advil before the light show stopped. And at that I was pretty much out of it for 24 hours following.
Thankfully, as I've gotten older, the frequency has gone from 2 or 3 a week to no more than that many a year. Part of that might be due to having gotten my high blood pressure under control, but with migraines, it's anybody's guess.
Ugh, I used to get migranes on a regular basis. The only thing that ever worked for me was some caffeine and about 8-10 hour of sleep and or darkness.
ReplyDeleteHope you're feeling better!
