A Quick Food Note
Popcorn made with white truffle-infused olive oil is even better than I had hoped. Downside (only not really): the kitchen's going to smell like that for awhile.

ReplyDeleteAnd at the present price of movie theater popcorn, the local Bijou could easily afford to use truffle infused oil.
ReplyDeleteBut of course, movies make the theaters no money these days. They are only come ons for the concession stand.
