Sign Of No
Seen at a project site -- but don't you think Congress could do with one of these?On the other hand and unlike most people, they lack the horse-sense to pay it any mind.
It is impossible to make things foolproof, because one of the main components of "fool" is a certain inappropriate but dogged persistence. A fool will spend hours or days working without tools to get the covers off the HV section, then be astonished and dismayed for the few milliseconds during which he finds out that was a bad idea.
