By The Time You Read This

...I will be, Fates willing, headed towards the Dayton Hamvention, the largest amateur radio swapmeet in the U.S., last I heard.

It's not an easy drive in my old car, so -- wish me luck. My first solo trip there in quite some time.

    Wish I were there - but since Dayton shifted from April it has always fallen on my busiest week of the year.

    Envy abounds. When I lived in Columbus it was an annual pilgrimage. Even met Wayne Green once.
