    Hell, they might as well turn every Bar into a Precinct House. At least they'd save Gas Money by leaving their Squad Cars parked in front.

    ipse bibendum...seems semper bibendum might be as accurate.

    The first statement is about this case, the second statement might describe the entire IMPD.
