Nice! The pen in that video runs about $135 from Amazon, though, and that doesn't include the custom nib work he had done. For those of us on a budget, Noodler's Ink has come out with their own line of flex-nib pens. I plan to get one soon - probably next month, since this month's sanity money has already been spent.
Nice hand indeed. I may try a lower-priced flex-nib pen one day. Meantime, I'm really enjoying the Haolilai ZHF101 my wife and sons got me for Father's Day.

Sorry Ms. Roberta, I'm a pencil 'kinda guy. Pretty pens don't impress me. And no, I did not mean to sound mean. I just can't type 'fer shizzle.

ReplyDeleteJerry, whatever works. Fountain (etc.) pens are pretty much a love-'em-or-hate-'em thing. A good pencil is its own pleasure.
ReplyDeleteJake, I've got a $14 flex-nib Noodler's on the way right now. 'Cos.
That's quite a doodle indeed.
