Why is it getting up and having to face this:
|
From the Earth to the Moon, House to Garage, whatever, it's a hostile environment. |
Makes me want to do this?

Big cat, little cat: Huck and Rannie practice detente. |
'Strewth. And there's plenty of shoveling yet to do. Maybe even trash -- that should be postponed until Saturday but I need to see if the neighbors know better.
I like cleaning the walk off to that or even just a little bit more, but then if I get one snow fall that stays long enough for me to impress my wife and the neighbors - that will be the only one for the season. You did well, and the cats weren't even disturbed.
ReplyDeleteThat's a "before" shot of the sidewalk -- it's been swept and salted since then.
ReplyDeleteOdd body position on Huck, there. I'm jealous.
ReplyDeleteA high of -3 forecast for the Dayton, OH area Monday. Who the heck ordered this crap????
ReplyDeleteThe snow doesn't bother me...that's what the snow blower is for. The cold didn't use to bother me. Now...I just aches all dah time.
And NO...it has nothing to do with getting old...er...uh...nothing!
I shoveled out the two parking spaces in our driveway and left the rest to be packed down by cars. Then I drove up and down the driveway a few times. Voila.
ReplyDeleteBeat the heck out of an incipient heart attack from shoveling the rest of it.
I killed the snow blower on the 6 inches we got earlier this week. don't know how I'm going to handle the snow tomorrow. Our drive is too long to shovel without a couple of teenagers.
