Breakfast Omelette

     The ingredients looked good and I think they worked well:

     Mild Italian sausage, shiitake mushrooms, a little Manchego and Iberico cheese.  The eggs were fortified with crushed tortilla chips.  Tasty!

    I eat a latin-themed breakfast daily, usually in the form of burritos made with eggs, diced leftover meat and veggies, and plenty of spices. Sometimes I change up and make a chorizo omelette.

    Always good...
