Wow, the Zero bar brought back memories. I don't think I've had one since the 60's. Remember them behind the glass case at the gas station my Dad worked at.
About 30 years ago I had a Zero bar. It was a real disappointment. I don't know whether the ingredients/processing had changed, whether my taste buds had changed, or memory (although it would have only been 40 years to have remembered, at that time!) failed me. Since the same thing happened with a Baby Ruth some years ago, I suspect the culprit to be my taste buds or my memory. (Thanks for the history lesson on the origins of the name.)
