Nice Weather

      It's a day for the grill.  I have a large pork roast and some ideas.

  1. How did the pork roast come out? I've got a couple things in the chest freezer that I need to get going. No pork butts though and I really want to do another run at char SIU pork. I did it a couple years ago and then threw it on my smoker for a couple hours,l. I sliced the butt into steaks, marinated it for around 24 hours, and then cooked it. It made a beautiful smoke ring but I think I need to make the steaks a little thicker and uniform.
