No, seriously -- what is happening in Russia? Mr. Putin seems to have gotten himself into a bit of a corner and some of the chaos he's been inflicting on Ukraine started to come home.
At present, it appears the mess has stopped short of Moscow, which means it's not going to be very sweeping, at least not yet; but anyone who tells you they know what will happen next is taking through their hat.
Interesting times.

Once the dust has settled in this, it has interesting implication in how this is going to affect Russian interventions in Syria and Africa. IIRC Wagner provides most of the boots on the ground in those operations.
It is an enigma wrapped in a riddle.
The only thing for sure is that everyone is lying.
The 'why' will be even more confusing when Russia is involved- there's arguments over a century old about the motivations and people behind Bloody Sunday, the assassination of Stolypin, and Kornilov Putsch.
