66 Years

     It strikes me as wildly unlikely.  Nevertheless, there it is: I have been on this planet for sixty-six years as of today.

     Here's to sixty-six more!  I don't trust the rest of you lot with this place; I'd like to stick around and keep an eye on you, just to make sure you don't mess it up.

    Happy birthday, Roberta, and many more to come. I don't recall what I was doing 66 years ago today (Hunky Husband and I were probably lamenting that a company had just canceled both of our intended summer jobs), but you beat our elder daughter into the world by exactly one year. You are both talented and good women.
