Time and again, you have perfected the art of "one pot meals". Looks yummy !
Yummy! The purple cylinders are carrots or the more alliterative purple parsnips?
Carrots -- I like the multicolored carrot assortments. They taste the same but they're more fun! I would have added parsnips and fancy mushrooms, but I ran out room in the pan.
