Like Something From Hank Morgan's Work

(Or perhaps Hank's world. Ah, La-a during robot season!)

  1. That bot is used at Griffith Labs and other places like it on Old Earth to find and pick pills, and to package them in their packages. But the ball bearing demo is way old. Wonder why they represent it as 08? I saw it waaaay before then.

  2. I'm glad you enjoyed it. Call me Jim if you'd prefer to save a dozen or so keystrokes :)

  4. Y'all need to come to Chicago for the machine tool show. You cannot imagine in your wildest dreams. Seriously, if you'd like to come, I can usually get a few visitor passes.

  6. I like it. I am mildly impressed. You must admit that it takes more than your average geek to truly understand and appreciate the beauty of the science and mathematics that goes into such a precise machine.

SkyNet is coming I tell you. It's only a matter of time. While I'm waiting, this thing has given me an idea for one heck of a reloading press.

I don't want it anywhere nears my balls though. I'm just sayin'...
