Stargazy Pie
"We might be embedded in the pie crust, but most of us are looking at the stars!" Possibly the most interesting-looking food originating in the British Isles.
Not really sure why someone would bake that; I have to wonder if the inventor of it had a predilection for practical jokes and large quantities of whiskey.
