In the Indiana General Assembly, the House thinks it's a fine idea; they voted 75 to 20 in favor.
Meanwhile, in the Senate? Stuck in committee. I don't have a good feel for the folks they've got looking at this but I'm not hopeful.Update: wrong, wrong WRONG! They passed it!
