Pricewise, I am making about a cheese sandwich on the pb through lulu.com, and a buffalo nickel on the book through anyone else or the download. Ah, fame, glory and a life of ease! ;)
Alan: either send it to me, or I have a few coming in a couple weeks that I can sign and prolly sell at a slight discount -- maybe $18, FOB your doorstep via flat-rate Priority Mail? But it's slow; I'm ordering in small batches (which gives me 5% off per each).
A signed copy? Heck, yeah. As a friend of channel X, I'll pledge my $18 or whatever it turns out to be. Where do I send my check or money order or fissionables or whatever it is you're accepting for payment?
