"This Is Just Round One"

That's what President of the United States says.  Your freedom is the problem; not lunatics, not schools with nobody who can muster a defense, nope, it's you and me and the guns we own.  We're icky.

Okay.  I'm in it for the long haul.  And I will keep on reminding my Congressbeings that I expect them to stand against gun control and that I'll vote against them if they let me down.

I wonder if Mr. Clinton remembers what went wrong when he went after guns?  --And if he'd tell Mr. Obama even if he did remember?

N.B.: Indiana's Joe Donnelly voted for gun control.  Well, gee, Joe, you had to go and rob my chance of splittin' up my Senate votes.  Now howm'I supposed to keep Dan Coats humble?

  2. You would think Joe would realize the only reason he is in there is Mourdock had to land on that abortion grenade ending his chances at office. Apparently Joe doesn't care to stay in office long. He is a democrat, so I guess I shouldn't really expect too much out of him.

  3. ROBERTA !

PLEASE REFER TO THE FEDERALIST NUMBER
    63 BY JAMES MADISON

ALAS THE MARXIST RESIDING AT 1600
PENNSYLVANIA AVENUE NW IS NOT GROUCHO

HE IS NOT A "PROGRESSIVE" AS HE HAS BEEN FRAUDULENTLY DESCRIBED IN THE MEDIA

THEODORE ROOSEVELT ROBERT LA FOLLETTE AND FIORELLO LA GUARDIA
    WERE PROGRESSIVES AND PATRIOTS!

THAT IS CERTAINLY NOT THE CASE OF THE CURRENT INCUMBENT NOR THE CRIMINAL HENCHMEN OF THE REGIME
WHO ARE DETERMINED TO DESTROY OUR
CONSTITUTION OUR ECONOMY OUR MEANS TO DEFEND OURSELVES AT HOME AND ABROAD UNDER MINE OUR LAWS AND WHO HAVE OPENED OUR BORDERS TO CRIMINALS

HIS INTENT IS TO DESTROY OUR REPUBLIC

    THE MEDIA IS HELPING HIM

  5. He's not much more popular over here either following that 'caring, sharing' decision not to send 'any' representative to Lady Thatchers funeral. Let's just say, even amongst the apolitical and the 'soap opera sets' he's not flavour of the month (and by extension, Americas reputation has been further damaged here). Of course our politicians (lefties to a man) won't mind since they would have liked to do the same, but didn't dare.

I often wonder just what it's like living in the 'Wastemonster' and 'Washington' bubbles. From outside I'm not sure whether they resemble adolescent girls (if I wish/hope enough It'll happen), three year olds (scream, hold breath, stamp - get what I want) or delusional sociopaths? A bit of each I think. (Oh and apologies to any adolescent girl or three year old for that offensive comparison to politicians).

Oh, he remembers all right. But it doesn't matter, Teh iWon wouldn't listen. After all Mr. Clinton is/was merely Mr. Clinton, whereas Barry is The LIGHTBRINGER.

Dave in Indiana, oh no doubt there will be "reinterpretations" of existing law, but any such action will take place well removed from Obama.

  8. Rickn8or, I wouldn't be too sure about that. See Biden's latest statement at the Weekly Standard.
