Gotta mow the lawn. And I'm defrosting the air conditioner. (Low charge -- also, I haven't been running the fan constantly when we're not in the house, or overnight, and that makes it freezing up a little more likely.)

One of the things I never appreciated about Pratchett, when I was younger, was the sheer amount of references, homages, puns and esoteric gags in his stories. The man had a staggering breadth of learning. It's a renewed delight reading through some of the Discworld books again as an adult.
