Cats To The Vet

It's time for their checkup.  I like to think Tam and I have have helped our pets live a better life.  Be kind to some person or animal today -- kindness is in short supply, it seems, yet the need for it is undiminished, if not increasing.

  1. How is Random Numbers? Over her stressful day and safely ensconced back home?

Obviously in the latter stages of starvation.
Heinlein said that way you treat cats here determines your place in heaven.
I hope the two cans of 9-Lives I keep stashed for emergencies will serve as indulgences for a plethora of my wrongdoings.

  3. Rannie has almost forgiven us. She is terrified at the vet, huddles under a blanket and shivers the whole time. No matter how nice the vet and nurses are, she's scared of everything that goes on.

Huck treats it as an adventure. He doesn't like getting shots, and really doesn't like having to wait in the carrier while Rannie gets examined, but he takes it pretty well.
