From a reader: Bacon Pie. Me, I'd add eggs and potatoes -- but YMMV, de gustibus an' all that. As long as it's got bacon!

    In fact, I am thinking of opening a blog with its sole subject being bacon and bacon recipies!!! (With sources appropriatly cited, of course).
    Well...and guns. But the Bacon Blog would be great!!

    I had something similar to that the other night. It was a quiche with prosciutto in it. Mmmmm...it was gooooood.
