I think what will REALLY grind their gallstones is the way the majority decision was written, making the clear connection between gun control and the desire to disarm free blacks in the wake of the civil war.

As I alluded to on Tam's blog, Mayor Daley is a fat little fascist prick who doesn't recognize any restraints on his power. It will be just as hard to legally buy a handgun in Chicago in 2011 as it was in 2009.
