The Man's A Saint
Or nearly as patient, anyway. Police officer, traffic stop, very lonely cat: it could have been a recipe for disaster but it appears Our Man In Blue is a a bit of a cat person.
Pushy little bugger, no? In his shoes, I wouldn't let a stray do that, but if someone put a collar on it then it probably has its shots, probably doesn't have rabies, etc.

Then again, (unsucessfully) scolding your cat while it was climbing the officer writing the ticket has merit, too.
Some lawmen are just begging to be crawled all over. That was adorable!
