I'll go with battery charger. An extension cord might let them set the thing on an actual stable surface. The contraption to the side looks like a saw for cutting plywood sheets.

ReplyDeleteBattery Tender -- a float charger, very nice gadget, which is another reason it's sad and wrong to hang it by the cables.
ReplyDeleteThe Implement Of Destruction to the left is a panel saw, a very handy tool if you have the space for it.
