Always a big fan of Doc myself. Although I think Tom would be up with addressing the problem with Science! as the USACE did The caped crusader, not so sure he would use more pyrotechnic means.
Yeah, that has Tom Swift written all over it. I can see spotters with electric rifles along the banks to nail the jumpers.
