Christmas Oddness Via Claire Wolfe
If you like your Christmas stories "fantastic" and "dark," perhaps the Rare Exports company has something you'll like. Why not check their videos? Claire Wolfe posted 'em awhile back; I didn't watch them until recently. They are.... Well, I laughed. H. P. Lovecraft probably would have, too.
I have to show these to my brother. He is going to be a Santa Claus as a part time retirement job and bears a striking resemblance to the Father Christmas in the video. And yes, we do have ancestors from Lapp-land.

Seriously, what's up with those people? I'm worried about 'em.

The full-length movie is a kick too, full of dead-pan Finnish humor.
I kept expecting to see "adapted from a story by Larry Corriea" in the credits.
