Is that a Simpson 260?
We had those in BEE and AVA at NATTC in 1985-1986.
Acronyms are: Basic Electricity & Electronics, Avionics A School, Naval Air Technical Training Center Naval Air Station Memphis.
:)

The big meter is a Simpson 260, not sure which series.
There's a Triplett 666-R on the shelf below it.
freddyboomboom, same approximate time frame, hauling them around in P-3C's.
Also getting reamed for same when one or more turned up missing.
