Went to the grocery and everything that looked good was in the red/violet range: tomato, red bell pepper, radicchio and watermelon radish! Very tasty, too. "Green salad," ha!

Rushin' Out
...I have go in a bit early in order to teach a class today, so I'm about to leap into the shower. No time to post much.
So, just for you: The Beautiful Salad:
