Nothing else to be done, really. I'm taking my prescribed medicine, doing what the doctors tell me to do, and things seem to be slowly improving. Actually went in to work yesterday, and got some things done.

Sometimes. It is hard to see the improvement. And ebbs and flows will occur.
Wife thinks it is the seasons but I think it is inertia. Getting harder to get up and slay the same dragons over and over and over
