Note I Did Not Herein Mention The Governor Of Illinois

When I was growing up in Montreal, we used that expression, "Vote early and often" but we were pikers. I mean, we were just babes compared to Chicago. For all that the state has to offer ... I'm thinking great universities, etc. ... is it possible to tarnish its reputation even more?

Probably.
