Our Paper: Unbiased, Hard-Hitting
...Yessirree: unbiased unless it is private enterprise; hard-hitting unless Teh Gummint is at isue. But don't take my word for it:And yes, the headline at the left is over the very same story most of us saw pointed to as an example of the runaway growth of government.
You could re-write the second one to read "GOVERNMENT-RUN HOMES MASSIVELY OVERSTAFFED" or "MORE FRAUD, WASTE, AND ABUSE IN GOVERNMENT -RUN HOMES."
Oddly enough, out here, the "GOVERNMENT JOBS OVERLY GENEROUS" story ran with one that said "STATE JOBS NOT AS GENEROUS AS COMMONLY THOUGHT" or something like that. It failed to make the point, though.
