I have gone to physical therapy a few times, for various and sundry ailments. They actually are quite skilled at what they do. So I wish you good luck.
Of course, now that I am retired, the hardest physical therapy for me is forcing myself to get out of bed when I am suffering a migraine or a backache due to the rainy weather that we seem to be having in Michigan lately.
But of course, good luck and I hope that the PT works good for you. It really can be a wonderful thing. My wife had a torn rotator cuff, and surgery, and went to PT and they helped with the recovery time a lot, plus they allowed her to get back range of motion that she lost with the surgery.
The NFL, the NBA and probably the NHL (with maybe some Euro-football organizations) have all contributed to the advances in orthopedics and PT. (And mostly without government grants.)

Glad it's doing you some good.
Three reps of fifteen, or three sets of fifteen reps?
(My inner pedantic gym-rat is experiencing a minor eye twitch trying to parse your title...)
