Thursday???

Not so much blog this morning -- had to get up in the wee small hours and talk a Drive Control tech through a minor glitch. Well, it was minor to me, sitting on the edge of my nice, warm bunk. It was pretty major for the tech. But we persevered and success was ultimately grasped.

What's the Douglas Adams line? Oh, yes: Don't Panic! Easier said than done but words to live by.

Don't Panic - Not just for Hitchhikers' Guides any more

Robb,

Does your selector switch say "Safe - Semi - Panic"?

If I could figure out how to do it, I would make it say "Harmless - Mostly Harmless"Alas, it seems that lower manufacturers aren't too keen on making custom phrases due to liability. And I don't have the technical know how to fill it in and restamp it myself.

But... but... I've seen runs of lowers that said "Safe - Semi - SHTF" before!

(WV: "retrous". What Robb needs to do before going outside.)

As RAH (PBUH) was wont to say, one should always know where one's pants are.

I spent the day with semi potential panics which can only be disarmed with semi dark chocolate.

Hope you fared OK with the stores, I went to bed and slept through what I was told were several tornado sirens.

Better than I; my zero-dark thirty technical advice does not conform to any known laws of physics or electricity.
