Eck!: Of course you can! BTW, titles aren't subject to copyright; you can write War And Peace tonight and offer it for sale, as long as you don't copy the text of the book. Might annoy a few fans, though.

Some popular titles have been used over and over.

Comrade Misfit: it's funny how politicians -- and people in general -- are all in favor of harsh, impartial law and order when applied to someone they dislike, and full of melting mercy for the accused and suspicion of the prosecutor when it's one of their favored friends before the court. Almost makes me feel sorry for the attorneys.

Modern PR has morphed from "Bad Publicity is Better Than No Publicity" into "Bad Publicity is Best Publicity!" The Reality TV Heel gets more press and attention than the Face, and fitting that the old Reality TV guy introduced this malign way of seeking attention to our political process.
MTG and RFK Jr are just following the leader.
