And yet I didn't do much.  Dishes, laundry, minor cleaning; cleaned out the grill and cooked dinner on it -- a grill pan with Boston Butt, rutabaga, apple, potato, carrots, a few quartered cherry tomatoes, onion, red bell pepper, shishito pepper and oyster mushrooms, with a little chicken-mushroom broth in the bottom of the pan to keep it all moist.
     I also roasted ears of corn on the grill wrapped in foil, with parsley and a little extra-virgin olive oil.  That worked out really well, and I recommend it.  They only need thirty minutes.
