We convened at 1:30 Sunday at Moe & Johnny's, which turned out to be a pretty good choice. (They've got an excellent line of appetizers, for starters).
In attendance: Turk Turon (OTE, RTMP, CP/M and the only Westerner to have seen the elusive Mbielu-Mbielu-Mbielu of the Congo), Karl Ushanka (who once again presented a query -- with genuine ushankas to reward the first right answers!), the great Frank W. James, new attendee Dan, the ever-cordial Kerry, Nathan (fighting a cold), genial Old Grouch, famous Tamara K. and, of course, your Hostess.
See you at the next one?
Our best wishes to Brigid, still recovering from her knee accident and subsequent surgery.

All The Best,

Envy abounds. If that many free-thinking people wanted to gather together here in New York we'd have to get a permit first.
Let's hope Brigid's knee recovers well enough that she doesn't have to give up adventuring.
Had fun. Still breathing. I think that's a mercy.
Happy New Year. Glad you all had a good time.
Best wishes for Brigid.
