You, I and most (if not all) of your regular readers look at the photos you posted and think, "Wow. What a nice facility! Gee... It's been a while since I took target practice. Maybe I'll head to the range this weekend."
The gungrabbers look at (and often use) photos like that and screech, "ZOMG! Assault weapons! Psychos practicing to shoot up a school! TEABAGGER RAAAAACISTS!"
On another note, I've been thinking about getting a classic Smith; your remarks about yours are pushing me in that direction.

Wrong post, docjim -- but if my revolvers and .22 semiauto are assault weaponry, then the SKS is like a thermoatomic Doomsday Weapon.
The K-22 cost over 2X the next closest .22 revolver in my collection but it is easily the smoothest; next smoothest is the Colt followed closely by the High Standard and Iver Johnson -- the latter two can (could?) be found at quite reasonable prices and are fun to shoot.

One notes the fabulously riveted Steampunkery of the pressurized Churchillian Day-Bed cum Lifepod - but which way to his bar?
Oh, it's in there. Count on it.
