Cool! I had seen stills of that, but never the film footage.
I flew an F/A-18 under the Gov. Thomas Johnson bridge near NAS Patuxent River MD.

That is probably the first time it was done.
Then there was the RAF guy who did the same during WWII, and strafed a German government office/barracks, despite the large NAZI flag hung from it...
