Tuesday Brekky
Eggs fried broken-yolked, in a hole punched in a slightly toasted slice of thick rye bread, with a little sliced early Vidalia onion and a slice of Swiss cheese melted on top, just a dab of bacon on the side: yum!
I've been making omelettes lately. In my inimitable cheap male fashion, of course: two eggs, a slice of generic American cheese, two strips of bacon...but only 6 Weight Watchers points.
I should try the rye bread trick instead of having buttered toast with it.

"I saw to what extent the people among whom I lived could be trusted as good neighbors and friends; that their friendship was for summer weather only; that they did not greatly propose to do right; that they were a distinct race from me by their prejudices and superstitions."
Henry David Thoreau
