Mom was moved to rehab yesterday afternoon. Nicer than a hospital, and way fewer people with infectious diseases. She'll be getting used to daily life in a neck collar, which ain't as easy as you might think.
Downside, the place she's at is nice but it's a worse maze than the hospital!

Yay! Hope she's done with the place soon.
Rehabs are good for looking around at the other patients and saying "Horry Clap! I'll just quit whining about my little problem now."
Best wishes.
Here's hoping she's out of the place soon.
Tell her to be very careful in the walker races. They are insanely competitive - bumping is racing. A buddy recovering from a hip replacement got taken out by a pair of cooperating ladies from the Blue Hair and Lavender Slippers Racing Team using the linked canes trick. It wasn't pretty.
Hope she gets well soon.
Glad to hear there is some improvement!
This sounds like a good move for her. I hope she heals fast!
