     If you're keeping track, deli roast beef, black olives, Havarti cheese and some freeze-dried chives makes a fine omelette filling.  Especially if you add some Italian seasoning to the eggs.

I have always thought of omelettes as egg pizzas but for some reason have never used Italian seasoning on one. I bet the Greek seasoning mix would go just as well.

Any more I'm lazy. A big dollop of Cholula and I'm good to go.
