Cat Physics In Photos

When you have two cats of opposite charges in close proximity... ...Something amazing happens: They charge each other up! (Photographs taken within the same few minutes).

Cations?

No, a tortoiseshell calico and an orange mackerel tabby. ;)

If you could get them to rub together quickly enough, you could solve the energy crisis. Or at least annoy unsuspecting houseguests.

Huck is to the point where he takes up a whole doorway when he rests his chin on the floor, and can knock stuff off the edge of the kitchen counter without having to stretch too much... That's a pretty fair-sized cat.

Since cats can see at night because their eyes emit light (as you can see), this must come in handy for them. If their eyes run down before morning, they can recharge them without the aid of sunlight.

Laser capacitors charged.

The timing looks a little off on that starbord array on Random Numbers. Might need to get that Oscillation Overthruster checked out. With any luck you just need to repack the muffler bearings. It's a common problem we see on that model Chevy Calico and fortunately it won't set you back too much scratch. A double sawbuck in parts plus labor and sales tax. After you'll be good for a long while. You want the old parts?

I think you're wrong about Random Numbers there NJT.

I think she's set up to alternate discharges. Faster cycle time and reduced recoil affects on her lighter corvette type frame.

Huck, being built more like a frigate, can take the heavier recoil of synchronized discharges and carry a heavier coil array to make up for the charging lag.
