I wish. I could use some group therapy at the range. 84 year old dad forgot the first rule of horses and martial arts: protect yourself at all times with the subset of "Don't be there." He stood in front of horses while feeding. Horses spooked (they are mustangs and LOOK for an excuse to go flight/fight mode) and subsequent trampling resulted in various and sundry lacerations with hematomas capped off with a broken collar bone. I have been nailed down with caregiver duties involving a lot of confusing and frustrating conversations involving the news as modified by partial deafness and "The Way Things 'Otta Be." A day in with a book by the fire with the phone unplugged would be good, too. Merry Christmas to you and Tam. Count your blessings.
Update on drizzly Saturday: One would have thought that showing the photoshop picture of Putin, bare chested, and Obama, bicycle shorts and helmeted, behind him horseback would have been OK to do an old equine-battered former cowboy after several weeks of recuperation. I guess the ribs weren't quite ready for deep laughter, yet.

Why do people walk in the street when there are sidewalks?

Raining so hard didn't even want to go check for mail...
