When the lung crud (not diagnosed) hit our family (3 asthma sufferers) we used a blood oxygen meter to keep tabs of our blood oxygen levels. It never dropped for us which was a relief to say the least.
The meter kept our minds relativly at ease as the symptoms lingered. We were prescribed some antibiotics. My daughter still has a infrequent cough 5 weeks later but doctors not concerned.
