Eh, I'm lazy when it comes to time.
I let WWV or ( very occasionally,)CHU handle it.
If we'd just switch to UTC, we'd be a lot better off.
I'm waiting for the story of the person who, at the prescribed 2AM, turns the clock back an hour, then falls into an endless loop of doing so forever each 60 minute cycle, kind of an abbreviated Bill Murray type of life without all the fun of anticipation.
