I'd be tempted too. If they'd put it in the form of a contract, for say 5 years, with a buyout if you're terminated early; then I'd go. But I understand that a safe job in the hand, even with an ungrateful employer can be better than the unknown. I'm confident you'll make the right choice for you.
I'm intuiting the content of your deleted post and if it's what I think it to be, then I'd stick with the known vs. the unknown. Having jumped ship several times in my career, it turned out that the grass was not greener, but was essentially dead, and sewn with salt.
Demons that you are familiar with are somewhat easier to battle than a new battlefield with unknown opponents. Maybe even Orcs!
