So Sweet: Huffies All Huffy Over Atlas Shrugged

It's almost as good as seeing the film: the Usual Suspects, villains, moochers and looters at The Huffington Post are incensed -- vexed! Waxing wroth, even -- that anyone would even dare to turn Rand's best-selling bestseller into a movie.

Heh. I'm already receiving good value and I haven't even bought a ticket yet. It's beneficence, not charity, though inadvertent withal.

I wonder what color the sky is in her world? (Probably this color...)

I saw the trailer on YouTube for the first time last night. There were like 1400+ comments on the vid in 4 days.

Every time someone decides to buy a ticket based on that trailer, some looter somewhere cries alone.

Much like my thoughts preceding Tron Legacy... "I hope this doesn't suck."

Tam: Wow. That is one severely strange rabbit hole you just pointed us at.

Stupid people everywhere are enraged by Rand.

Perlhaqr: Agreed. That last rabbit hole had its own event horizon.

I have to wonder if any of those liberal so and sos even ever READ Ms Rand's Magnum Opus.

They're probably too busy on their knees in front of 'Teh Won'.

Sorry to upset your neo-Victorian sensibilities, but they won't let me post to Puff Ho.

Tam, I visited that link. I'm seen some monumental stupidity go down at SF conventions, but generally Big Government Libs know better than to get drunk and stupid at a do where a name brand author is pissed cos his sales just placed him in a higher tax bracket.

Libs just think the mommy-government is going to protect them from their own stupidity.

A liberal calls me a rabid dog, but doesn't have the common sense to stay out of my biting range.

And they call us stupid cousin-humping rednecks.

I'm going to go see the movie, even if it sucks the oxygen right off of the planet, just because of who hates the very idea of a movie being made from that book.
I can hope it doesn't suck, but in the end I'm thinking it just won't matter.
